Library Rules
1) Library will remain open on all working days except holidays.
2) All bonafide students of the college can become members of library.
3) Library members will be issued Borrowers Ticket (B.T.) from library; members can borrow 1 book at a time against B.T.
4) Enter your name and sign in the entrance register kept at the entrance while using the library.
5) Book will be issued to a member for a period of seven days, which may be renewed again for next seven days on request.
In case borrower fails to return the book on the due date member will be charged a late fee Rs 1/- Per day.
Reference books, Bound volumes / current issue of periodicals will not be issued at home, they are available for reference only in library.
In case Borrow’s ticket is lost, the member is required to report it to the librarian immediately. Members concerned will be responsible for the book borrowed against that B.T. or misuse of B.T. in any way.
In case of loss of book by member, member will have to replace the book pay replacement cost of book and fine decided by the library authorities.
6) Book should be handled with care. Markings on the books, tearing paper’s etc are most objectionable and may lead to initiation of stringent disciplinary action on the member.
Users should obey the library rules and regulations. Violation of rules and any act of misbehaviour to the library staff will lead to strong disciplinary action.
